GREGORY GRONBACHER

Gregory cultivates caring communities and economic growth in our neighborhoods and businesses through his engagement in  real estate sales and advising and education. 

State Certified Instructor for Real Estate Education at MiLicense.Net – teaching the 40-hour pre-licensure class for new realtors and offering a variety of continuing education courses, including real estate legal education.

Real Estate Sales & Advising at Greenridge Realty – as a licensed realtor, Gregory advises clients engaged in residential sales and investment throughout West Michigan.

Originally from New York City, Gregory has called the Grand Rapids, Michigan area home since 1995. He earned his B.A. in philosophy and theology at Franciscan University in Ohio, his M.Phil. in philosophy at the International Academy of Philosophy in Liechtenstein, and did his doctoral work in philosophy (Ph.D.) at the Loyola Institute, Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland.

Gregory previously served as the Web Editor at Amway Corporation (2004-2014), Communications Director at Summit Training Source (2000-2004), and as a university professor in the areas of philosophy and theology (1992-2000).

He’s active in the local Jewish community (Temple Emanuel) as well as in the Quaker community (Grand Rapids Friends Meeting). He engages in ongoing theological writing, discussions, service projects, and efforts at fostering understanding, discussion, and informal, organic spiritual community.

Gregory volunteers at the Kent County Animal Shelter, Kids’ Food Basket, and the Inner City Christian Federation.
